September 2, 2011 Day 27
Went on the scale today and I am down 6 pounds! Is it even possible? Current weight is 190 pounds. I am now officially the smallest I have ever been in over 15 years. I am very excited, yet at the same time I am starting to want to eat more bad foods.
With the start of September I have reached the critical phase of my weight loss plan. September, October, November and December have always been the hardest for me to stay on plan. I love the idea of baking cookies, treats, etc. and this is going to be a true test of my own desire to lose weight and not gain over the next 4 months.
Next goal is another 3 pounds by the end of next week. I would love to see 160 pounds by the end of the year (sooner would be better). Then I will be out of the obese category and into being just overweight.
Have a great Labor Day Weekend everyone. I will be dining on brats, coleslaw, t-bone steak, salad with feta cheese and other delightful low carb food.
August 17, 2011 Day 12
Woke up this morning to a two pound whoosh! So now I am at 196 pounds. How awesome is that! Here's to a 2-3 pound weight loss every week. Who can say why maybe it is the resuming of peak 8 for 10 minutes a day. Maybe it is lowering the protein. Maybe it is because there was a full moon last night. One thing is for sure next week I could stall again or I could lose even more weight. A 10 pound woosh would be amazing.
Want to try something delicious to eat with your salads? Try some fresh mozzarella. I a m not talking about the part skim shredded type mozzarella but those balls of cheese that they sell in the deli section of your supermarket. It is pretty pricey but the cheese is so tasty and melts in your mouth like butter.
July 21, 2011 Day 8
Yesterday I was so hungry all day. Ravenously. I haven't felt this hungry in a long time. I will go on the scale tomorrow to see if I have one of those infamous whooshes. If I do I may even be under 200 pounds.
Can anyone tell me why car rentals are so expensive? Talk about price gouging. Oh well. Anyone know of any good road trip foods? I dislike traveling when I am trying to lose weight. I would rather get to my goal weight first and then travel.
