June 27, 2011 Day 1
Just one more day and I will have hit the four month mark on clean eating! The time has flown by and I am pleased to announce that I only have seven more pounds to lose and I will be in onderland.
Onderland is that magical place where you are finally under the 200 pound range. It's the place I never dreamed I would finally get to after last summers failed attempt at weight loss (I did not lose one pound for 3 months and then fell off the wagon after a trip to a wedding and started a pig out fest that I continued until I started my 30 days challenges four months ago).
I think that limiting the protein has kick started my body into weight loss mode and I am a little scared at the lightening fast progress I have made in just a couple of weeks.
June 25, 2011 - Day 4
Sorry I have been MIA but we are currently having major computer issues and I just have not been in the mood to post. I did not let the stress of this computer meltdown send me into a tailspin and I am happy to report that the stall has finally been broken! I now weigh...
June 16, 2011 Day 13
Had 3 ounces of protein at dinner last night and have to say it was not too bad with the big salad I had.
Lunch today of course was quite the opposite. I am feeling a bit hostile with only having a 3 ounce hamburger patty for lunch. Granted I am not starving or anything but I feel like 3 ounces is such a small amount of food.
We will see if this breaks my stall. I am hoping it does and we will see on Sunday. I went on the scale this morning and still no change.
Hubby is making low carb strawberry ice cream for the weekend but I will not be partaking in this cool and delicious treat!
My weight loss is just to important to me. I just want to be under 200 pounds by the end of July at the latest.

So on The Biggest Loser last night, Mike in his video diary was saying how he is so hungry all of the time.
I really feel for the guy. He has lost a tremendous amount of weight, but at what price since he is hungry most of the time.
My advice to him is to eat more fat and workout less. I really do not understand the torture yourself with starvation diet mentality that many people have. What good is weight loss if you feel like garbage all the time and are constantly thinking about food?
Make sure you are also getting enough protein in your diet. The equation for this is your current weight divided by 2.2 and you can usually go + or - 10%.
If you are like Mike and are hungry all of the time, please eat some more. If you don't that new thin you will soon become the old fat you again. Its not a question of if, but a question of when.
