April 26, 2011 Day 2 Weight Loss Challenge
I hope that everyone enjoyed their Easter Weekend. If you succumbed to chocolate, jelly beans and other sinful Easter desserts and treats hopefully you are now back to your low carb eating. If you are still eating junk, stop it! That's right I am talking to you. Put down that one pound solid chocolate bunny and get inspired with how good you could look this time next year. Not to mention how much better you will feel.
I can't believe that I only have two more days after today and I will have completed my second 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge. My clothes are looser but that dang fat pack of mine is still holding up my size 26 jeans.
It is really unbelievable to me how I can fit into a size 22 now but the size 26's will just not fall off of me. I don't mean to whine, but I am going to whine.
I expect to see major changes in my size and clothes over the next 30 Day Challenge, which starts on April 29th.
Anyone is welcome to join me as I try and break new fat loss territory in my quest to get under a size 20 and lose more weight.
