September Day 15 Day 14
Decided to make butternut squash for the first time today. Debating if I will add some Erythritol and cinnamon to it or just go with the salt and olive oil. May do one side of each just to see the taste difference as this is the first time I have made this. I do love the bright orange flesh inside the squash. Of course a cup of this is 22 carbs so not something to eat everyday!
