Woke up this morning to a two pound whoosh! So now I am at 196 pounds. How awesome is that! Here's to a 2-3 pound weight loss every week. Who can say why maybe it is the resuming of peak 8 for 10 minutes a day. Maybe it is lowering the protein. Maybe it is because there was a full moon last night. One thing is for sure next week I could stall again or I could lose even more weight. A 10 pound woosh would be amazing.
Want to try something delicious to eat with your salads? Try some fresh mozzarella. I a m not talking about the part skim shredded type mozzarella but those balls of cheese that they sell in the deli section of your supermarket. It is pretty pricey but the cheese is so tasty and melts in your mouth like butter.
