I Wonder If The Heat Makes Your Fat Cells Hold Water

I know if you get a sunburn you can retain and show a gain on the scale, but I am wondering if the excessive heat can cause your fat cells to hold water and not show any weight loss.

Will try calorie cycling if weight does not budge by Saturday!

Yes, I think the heat does keep you from losing! I'm not sure if it makes you retain or what, but I've noticed that when it's extremely hot like it is now, my body feels so tight and swollen. I also have a hard time losing weight even though I'm doing the same thing I've been doing throughout my journey. Wish I knew the science behind this...
