Sorry I have been MIA but we are currently having major computer issues and I just have not been in the mood to post. I did not let the stress of this computer meltdown send me into a tailspin and I am happy to report that the stall has finally been broken! I now weigh...
Follow up:
206 pounds down from 213. Seven more pounds and I will officially be under 200 pounds. How awesome is that?
In case you are wondering in order to break my stall I decreased my protein. Hopefully I will continue to lose at least 2 pounds a week consistently as I do not want to cut my protein anymore. If you are stalled and do not measure your protein this may be a consideration to get things moving.
