Happy Summer Everyone! Let's make the next three months the best yet for weight loss.
If you are on any of the low carb boards you may see people that seem to lose 5, 6, 7 pounds a week or more. This seems to fly in the face of the experts out there who tell us that any more then 2 pounds a week of weight loss is muscle and not fat.
Do those low carbers who lose huge amounts of weight consistently every week know something that the rest of us don't?

I don't have an answer as to why. Except that everyone's body is different.
Some of us will be the tortoise and plod along slowly week by week, month by month and year by year. Others are like the hare and quickly reach goal and move toward maintenance. It doesn't matter which one you are as long as you stay on track, focus, lose your weight and maintain it.
