I Went On The Scale And My Current Weight Is...

I hope everyone had a low carb and fun Memorial Day Weekend. Why is it so hard to get back to work after a three day weekend?

Today starts the second day of my fourth 30 day challenge. For this challenge forward I will be weighing myself once a week (and only once a week) in order to determine the progress I am making with getting the weight off once and for all. I am looking to lose at minimum one pound a week but would love to see 2-3 pounds a week of loss on the scale.

So my Current Weight is...

213 pounds! Not exactly the number I was looking for but since I did not get on the scale when I started three months ago I really do not have any idea if this number is good or really excellent. What I do know is that a skirt I tried on when I started was very tight and now is loose. My pants are baggier. So I lost something but how much is anyone's guess.

My goal for the end of this 30 day challenge is to be under 200 pounds by June 30, 2011. Wish me luck. Losing weight is really hard. The pounds always seem to go back quicker then they do coming back off.
