Even though my pants are not falling off of me yet. I decided to try on a pair of size 18 jeans that have been in my closet for over ten years.
At one point (about two years ago) I was able to squeeze into them, but now they will only go up to mid thigh. That inner thigh fat prevents me from getting them up! I am estimating at this point that I have about 15-20 pounds of fat minimum that needs to go from that area. If anyone has a secret fat removal tool I can borrow, please let me know! ![]()
I have decided to start weighing myself once a month starting at the end of this third 30 day challenge.
Follow up:
I do not want to spend the entire summer not making progress and I feel that it is time to add this tool of accountability to my plan.
I will also be buckling down a bit more on stopping when I am full. Yes I was a willing member of the clean plate club! I remember when I lost weight when I was in high school and my parents took us out to dinner. I ordered some breaded shrimp dinner and half way through I was full. Of course that did not stop me from continuing to eat and needless to say my weight loss that time did not last.
I have been a normal weight twice in my life and both times I gained it back and more. This time I will reach my goal and stay there. I am 20 years away from being sixty and I do not want to keep fighting this battle until I die. Join me in banning the weight loss and regain roller coaster from your life.
