March 31, 2011 - Day 28 Weight Loss Challenge
Day 28 last night felt so fat I wanted to eat a bunch of junk. I didn't but it is scary how I always turn to food. It's stupid really to feel fat and than want to eat the very things that made me fat in the first place.
Did you read about that guy that was found fused to his chair? I feel so terrible for that man. Food controlled his life so much that his chair became his prison and eventually his coffin.
Ironically I know most people who are overweight would say, "I would never let that happen to me," but the truth is I never expected to ever reach 300 pounds and I did. I am now almost under 200 pounds but I wonder what I would weigh today if I had not started low carb.
Losing weight is hard. Whenever I want to binge I try now to remember how it will affect my weight loss and goals.
March 30, 2011 - Day 29 of Weight Loss Challenge
Not much news here. It's cold out. Can't wait for the Real start of Spring with no more of the weather changes from cold to warm.
Having short ribs with green beans tonight.
March 30, 2011 - Day 30 of Weight Loss Challenge
So today is the first day of a new weight loss challenge. Instead of starting at Day One I have decided to start at Day 30 and count down from their (got that inspiration from MTV's I Used to Be Fat).
I have already completed one 30 day challenge to lose weight gained during the long holiday season so now I am ready to start a second challenge.
My goal for the 30 days is to have my current pants that fit be baggy enough to fall off me! Anyone else want to join the challenge you are welcome to.
