| « I am So Damn Hungry | Stop Regaining and Losing Weight It Just Makes It Harder » |

If you have gone more than two weeks without losing weight than you may have to reduce your calories. I always start by reducing by 100 a week and go from there.
If only weightloss happened for everyone like the success stories they put in the diet books. Even Dr. Atkins promoted a quick weight loss with those he featured in the book. I think in a week or two I will start to buckle down more and track my calories again as I have been slacking off a bit. I want to be at least 150 by the end of the summer.
On April 30th it will be one year since I have been losing weight. I can't believe that a year has gone by so quickly. I am grateful that I spent this year losing weight.
